The location of the apartment couldn't be better, with historical sights, shops, and restaurants just a short walk away. The apartment itself is cozy and housed in a beautiful 15th century building with a charming courtyard. The owner is friendly and helpful, providing valuable information about the city. Additionally, the apartment has a small garden in the inner court, perfect for relaxation and enjoying the scent of orange flowers.
The fold-out sofa bed was a bit hard, but it was manageable by arranging the sofa cushions. A bed topper or layer of foam would be a great addition for more comfort.

My family and I stayed at this charming apartment for four days while exploring historical sights in Rome. The location was outstanding, with easy walking access to the city center, Colosseum, and the Forum. The small garden in the inner court was a delightful spot to relax with a glass of wine and enjoy the fragrance of orange flowers. Maurizio, the owner, was incredibly helpful and friendly and made our stay seamless. The quietness of the apartment despite its proximity to the busy Forum was truly amazing.
Would recommend this hotel.
